  • How should I contact you if I have a service-related claim?
  • Answer: Although we prefer email as our typical medium of communication, please feel-free to give us a call anytime on our toll-free line to report any issues. You can also now send us a message through our website on the 'Contact Us' page!


  • What information should I provide along with my claim?
  • Information that could help to expedite your issue includes: Letting us know what library you're from if the information isn't part of your email signature, mailing label account numbers from the periodicals in question, and approximate timestamps on when you started experiencing service-related complications.


  • How long does service take to start?
  • Our general terms state that service takes anywhere from 8-12 weeks from the date on one's order for all periodicals to begin arriving. This is due to the fact that publishers tend to print their mailing labels 2-3 months in advance. However, all things are relative, and many periodicals begin service faster than others.


  • How can I get a price quote on periodicals if I'm not currently a customer?
  • Either send us an email, or give us a call! If you're sending an email, it's best to include what facility / library you're from, what you'd like the 'shipping address' to look like, and of course the list of titles you'd like a price quote for.


  • What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We accept mailed-in checks, credit card payments, and electronic funds transfers. We also accept purchase orders, for payment to be processed at a later date.


  • How should I provide payment details?
  • Mailing a check - please administer the check to our mailing address (listed at the bottom), and reference the order number along with payment.
  • Credit card - feel free to give us a call anytime during our normal business hours, and any associate over the phone can take down the necessary information for a one-time authorized CC payment.
  • Electronic funds transfers - please send us an email (info@mssa-fl.com) referencing your intent to pay via EFT. We'll forward you the necessary information to complete the transfer.
